She is the founder of Impact Apostolic Ministries and Leaders Lead, and with has over 30 years of experience in training and developing Christian leaders her breadth of knowledge is expansive. She has traveled extensively across the U.S., and abroad, teaching spiritual growth and the churches role in civil justice. She offers a year-long course, "My Servant the Prophet", and has authored "Who’s Leading God’s Leaders" and "Should Women be in Ministry? A Reflection of the Master." She is not afraid to say the hard things and is  dedicated to equipping men and women to fulfill their callings, through comprehensive training. A creative and spontaneous individual, Khadija enjoys painting, home remodeling, gardening, and cherishes her grandchildren.
